Just suppose... that you were on the market for a home, but you have this idea in your head of "exactly" what you want, and you're not going to settle for anything else. You've got the money, and you've been to a million places, and none of them fit the bill. And then you find it, and it's for sale! You do your happy dance, and then the realtor discloses the big fly in the soup; the house was the scene of several grisly murders. What would do? Buy it and deal with any "bad vibes" with a lot of sage?
