Hurricane Michael blasted through Florida's panhandle only two days ago, and rescue units are now transitioning to searching, as it's feared that thousands of persons that have informally been reported missing are deceased. It's hoped that friends and relatives that haven't been heard from are just unable to get a call out since many of the cell phone towers are down in the area. So far the toll for Hurricane Michael stands at 17 deaths.
